Good News! We now accept online registration for events!
You can also become an OPEG member (or renew your membership) online too! Simply follow the instructions below. You need not have a personal PayPal account to take advantage of our new OPEG Online Payments.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover are accepted. So take advantage of the easy online payment method today!
Have your own PayPal Account? - You can pay via a transfer from your personal checking account or use one of the credit cards listed above.
Do not have your own PayPal Account but want to pay online? - You must pay with one of the credit cards listed above.

OPEG Online Registration
Pay on or before November 11, 2009 to take advantage of our early bird rate.
Click here to register and pay online. Each option you choose will be added to your cart. Simply click on "View Cart" to complete the transaction. You may also find it useful to review the "OPEG Evaluators' Toolkit 2009 Registration" Form.
Important Notes:
- Remember to include your title and agency.
- Students, please include the name of the college/university that you attend.
- If you pay after November 11, add the Late Fee ($15) to your cart.
- Each registration should be for one person only. If several people from one agency want to attend, each needs to register separately.
- If you desire to add CEUs to your cart ($18 each), please click on the specific type of CEU desired (nursing, counseling, social work, chemical dependency, or psychology).
- If you add the psychology CEU, include your license number.
- " Online registrants should NOT print and mail the "OPEG Evaluators' Toolkit 2009 Registration" form. Your registration information will be sent electronically to the OPEG Treasurer. However, it will be helpful to us if you could include your mailing address and telephone number in the comments section of PayPal.

If you prefer to pay by mail, you have two options:
1. You can submit your registration information online and then mail payment to the address below, OR
2. You can print, complete, and mail the "OPEG Evaluators' Toolkit 2009 Registration" with your payment the address below.
