Local Health District Mergers: Planning, Doing, Evaluating

In 2011, three local health districts in Summit County Ohio, finalized a full merger of their agencies.  This presentation will review the challenges associated with planning and implementing those unions including financial, legal, and cultural.  It will also share results of an independent one-year retrospective assessment of the consolidations.

3. Select Course Catalog.
4. Select  Monthly Webinar Series.
5. Select View - Local Health District Mergers: Planning, Doing, Evaluating  
6. Select  LCMS Registration. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email that will provide
    you with access information.
