In July, AEA will be offering AEA’s first public Coffee Break Series co-sponsored with our colleagues at Catholic Relief Services, American Red Cross/Red Crescent, the United States Agency for International Development, and AEA’s International and Cross Cultural Topical Interest Group (TIG). Our Coffee Break webinars are usually members-only, but we want to reach out to evaluators around the world to encourage them to attend one, two, three, or all four of the sessions in this free series focusing on International Monitoring and Evaluation (with lessons and resources for US-based evaluators as well!).

The topics for the series are:

§ Monitoring & Evaluation Planning for Projects/Programs – Scott Chaplowe
Thursday, July 5, 2012, 2:00 – 2:20 PM EDT

§ Evaluation Jitters Part One: Planning for an Evaluation – Alice Willard
Thursday, July 12, 2012, 2:00 – 2:20 PM EDT

§ SMILER: Simple Measurement of Indicators & Learning for Evidence-based Reporting – Guy Sharrock & Susan Hahn
Thursday, July 19, 2012, 2:00 – 2:20 PM EDT

§ Evaluation Jitters Part Two: Managing an Evaluation – Alice Willard
Thursday, July 26, 2012, 2:00 – 2:20 PM EDT

Registration is free, but you do need to pre-register. Read about each, and register for one, two, three, or all four at http://comm.eval.org/coffee_break_webinars/CoffeeBreak/InternationalSeries/
