Job Description
A large government systems integration program will create an enterprise-wide logistics solution, which will utilize commercially proven technology and create an integrated logistics data environment across the Air Force. Metrics will be enhanced that will enable the Air Force to improve readiness and mission capability, while reducing costs. There will be standardized reporting, universal access to inventory, and real-time flow of critical information. Principal Duties and Essential Functions: o Perform data collection, database management, and analysis of readiness evaluation data within Change Management. o Assist in the development of survey instruments and measures and perform analysis of readiness evaluation data. o Participate in the development of reports and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
Required Skills
Primary Qualifications (candidate must possess to be considered):
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check
- 2 years experience with qualitative and quantitative data, and related analysis software
- Excellent writing skills Secondary Qualifications (candidate preferred)
- 2 years experience in measurement and evaluation, preferably related to organizational change management
- Must be flexible and able to work as part of a team with rapidly evolving activities
- Previous Air Force or DoD experience
Required Experience
BA/BS in social science, industrial engineering or other statistical/analytic related field + 2 years of relevant experience or MS. in social science, industrial engineering or other statistical/analytical-related field
