  Evaluation is a cornerstone of evidence-based decision-making in the dynamic landscape of the 21st century. Evaluation design lies at the heart of this endeavor, providing the frameworks through which we systematically assess and inform the effectiveness, efficiency, and equity of interventions, programs, and policies. The design needs we have as evaluators continues to evolve with rapid technological advancements and complex societal challenges. This OPEG Exchange serves to advance our methodology and practice of evaluation design to meet the moment.
  

  This exchange is an in-person event designed for all experience levels of evaluators. Please register by April 30.

  $25 for student members

  $50 for general members and fellow AEA affiliate members 

  $75 for non-members

  Registration on or after May 1:

  A. Evaluation Design Workshop 

  Bring examples of your current evaluation design challenges.  Work with facilitators and fellow participants to co-create design updates based on best practices.

  B.  Trending Topics

  Are you curious about artificial intelligence in evaluation design? Are you wanting to maximize your cultural responsiveness in your evaluation approach?  How are you considering design with public policy related evaluation? Participate in sessions to share the latest on these topics.

  We will have table hosts to talk about careers in evaluation during lunch.
