Evaluation is a cornerstone of evidence-based decision-making in the dynamic landscape of the 21st century. Evaluation design lies at the heart of this endeavor, providing the frameworks through which we systematically assess and inform the effectiveness, efficiency, and equity of interventions, programs, and policies.
